ABOUT US

SeaRoots is an oceanside seafood culinary experience in the heart of the Acadian shores. Chefs Shane and Paul will entertain you for approximately 4 hours with an unforgettable six-course meal.
We Have collaborated with a variety of local businesses to offer this unique Nova Scotia experience.

Itinerary

Start the evening Socializing and beach foraging with both chefs. Next, you will be invited to take a seat at our Acadian-style harvest table –where all the fun begins! You will indulge in a seafood feast, enjoy local beverage pairings, and listen to two local musicians strumming in harmony with the ocean’s swell. Last but not least, you will continue the evening in the good company of our local musicians, our stunning sunsets, a cozy campfire, locally roasted coffee, and light snacks.
